IngredientsBread: unbleached enriched flour, yeast, salt, dough conditioner, eggs, margarine, evaporated milk cookie top: whole milk powder, all purpose cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, shortening, whole egg, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, yellow food coloring.
Custard Filling: sugar, modified starch, whey powder, fractionated palm oil, skimmed milk powder, stabilizer, calcium sulphate, sodium phosphates, diphosphates, Lactose, milk protein, lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, carrageenan.
