Creamed spinach and paneer cheese simmered in ginger, garlic, tomato, and roasted spices. Fully cooked, ready to eat. 

Heating Instructions (from frozen)

Microwave: Place bag of frozen curry in the microwave and heat in microwave for 10-12 minutes. 

Sous vide: Place bag of frozen curry in a pot of boiling water and heat for 25-30 minutes.
