We first fell in love with this Rugelach when our Founder, Chai moved in to his first SF apartment on the same block as the revolutionary family bakery that would eventually become our producer. Ever since that day, we have loved everything about this amazing Rugelach— the tender, flaky pastry, the dark chocolate créme and the little bits of Kosher crunch on the top.

In 1925, Moshe travelled from Iraq to Israel with his iconic recipies. Seven decades later, his cooking tradition lives on — carried by his great-grandchildren. In the time since, their family bakery has become an iconic SF neighborhood fixture.
