    Mung Beans, Crushed Tomatoes, Rice Bran Oil, Water, Red Onion, Ground Coriander, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste (Water, Garlic, Ginger, Rice Bran Oil), Cilantro, Chili Powder, Dried Red Chili, Thai Chili Pepper, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Mint, Fresh Curry Leaf.

    Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)

    Microwave: Place bag frozen in microwave and heat for 10-12 minutes.
    Sous Vide: Place frozen bag in a pot of boiling water for 25-30 minutes until
    internal temperature reaches 165F.
