Greek Chicken Souvlaki Kebab
Cubed chicken breast marinated in a savory blend of Mediterranean spices. Raw and marinated.
Serve stuffed in a pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and tzatziki or atop your favorite Greek salad.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes prior to cooking. Arrange cubed chicken on skewers. Grill skewers for 3 minutes on each side until they have browned and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
