Chef Steve Gonzalez has been a part of some of the most formidable pasta programs in New York City: Insieme, Hearth, Roberta’s, and Frankies Sputino. In 2012, his vision to build his own rebellious and revolutionary pasta company became a reality. Since starting, the iconic chef has created flavors, textures and processes that eclipsed all other that we saw in our search. The result?
