Chef Gene started cooking in the Hamptons in the early 1980's. Within a few short months, his star was rising rapidly in the rambunctious culinary scene of eighties New York. And then, he changed plans.

Today, he owns and operates a small farm and micro-saucery. He preps all his products in his own factory and grows his own veggies and peppers. And together with his small team on a remote farm, he makes award-winning, internet-breaking hot sauces and ketchups.
